Production takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks, followed by about 1 week for shipping.
During holidays or major sales, production may extend slightly due to increased demand.
No need, we build every steering wheel using brand-new OEM cores.
This ensures proper safety and fitment, and allows you to keep driving your vehicle while your custom wheel is being made.
No, our products are designed to be fully plug-and-play.
Installation does not require coding and will not trigger any system errors when installed correctly.
Yes, all OEM functionality is retained to the fullest extent possible.
- Driver assistance features remain fully functional
- Heated and vibration functions are retained only if your vehicle originally had them
- Heated steering cannot be added if not originally equipped
Note: Audi B9.5 and BMW G Series models cannot retain hands-free detection due to sensor design. All other functions remain unaffected.
Yes, we offer a wide range of custom materials and colours through our wheel builder.
If you need custom emblems or do not see an option you are envisioning, feel free to reach out to us.
Once production begins, no changes can be made, as materials and components have already been allocated.
Canada & U.S.: Duties are calculated and collected at checkout, with no surprises at delivery.
International: Duties may be collected upon delivery depending on your country.
Financing is not currently available.
