Processing
Custom product orders.
Once an order has been received, it will typically take 20 business days to process, manufacture, and ship out the order. You will be notified with a tracking number when your package has shipped. Processing time may be longer if your payment has not been cleared.
Magshift Paddle Shifter orders.
The Carbon Paddle portion of the Magshift system is custom-manufactured per order. Please allow 5-10 business days for manufacturing. You will be notified with a tracking number when your package has shipped. Processing time may be longer if your payment has not been cleared.
In-stock product orders.
Once an order has been received, it will typically take 3-5 business days to process and ship out the order. You will be notified with a tracking number when your package has shipped. Processing time may be longer if your payment has not been cleared.
Shipping
GTLabs utilizes Canada Post Priority Shipping or UPS Ground on all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the product has shipped.
Shipping within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days, 5-10 to the USA, and 10-15 business days for international.
If there is a delay in shipment from our side, we will notify the customer with the estimated delay time at the soonest possible timeframe.
If a customer successfully orders an item that is out of stock, we will notify the customer that the selected item is out of stock and provide them with the next available options via email.

Most of our products are custom pieces and the package's arrival time will vary. Please allow up to 3 months for the products to arrive.
Shipping Costs
Shipping will be calculated based on your location during checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Any fees assessed during import are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs or import fees are refused or unpaid and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from the refund.
