For international orders outside of North America, Duties(Customs) will be collected upon delivery of the shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to know what the rates of duties are in their country or region
For US customers, due to the ongoing tariff situation between Canada and the United States, we now collect applicable duties at checkout for our U.S. customers. This ensures there are no unexpected fees when your package arrives at the border.
Approximately 3-4 weeks without any delays from confirmation to end of production, for shipping it’ll take approximately one week.
