What’s Included In The Package
This Product Fits
Production typically takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks from confirmation, assuming no delays. Shipping then requires about one additional week.
Please note that during holidays and major sale events, production time may extend by an additional week due to increased demand.
Customers do not need to send in their steering wheel to begin the process.
We build all of our custom wheels using brand new OEM cores to ensure proper safety, fitment, and reliability. This also allows customers to keep their vehicle fully functional while their custom steering wheel is being built.
All GTLabs products are developed and thoroughly tested to deliver a true plug-and-play experience. Installation is seamless, requires no coding, and will not trigger any system errors when installed as intended.
Yes, our steering wheels retain full driver assistance functionality. However, on Audi B9.5 and BMW G Series platforms, factory hands-free detection cannot be retained due to the design of the sensor within the steering wheel.
In real-world use, this means the vehicle will no longer issue hands-off steering wheel warnings. All other driver assistance features continue to operate as intended. Many customers prefer this behaviour, as it eliminates frequent steering wheel reminder alerts during normal driving.
Yes, if your current vehicle has a vibration option, we can retain the vibration option on your new steering wheel

Yes, we offer a wide range of custom colour options. You will find the Custom Colour selection within our wheel builder.
Simply note the exact colour you are looking for, and our team will do our best to accurately match your requested finish.
No, we are unable to change specs once production has begun, as we have already ordered the materials and parts needed to build the complete wheel, and any changes past this point will not be accepted.

If your OEM steering wheel did not come equipped with the heated function, we are unfortunately unable to add this feature.
For international orders outside of North America, Duties(Customs) will be collected upon delivery of the shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to know what the rates of duties are in their country or region
For US customers, due to the ongoing tariff situation between Canada and the United States, we now collect applicable duties at checkout for our U.S. customers. This ensures there are no unexpected fees when your package arrives at the border.
No we do not offer any financing options for our products.
